Booking Conditions :
Kindly
read the following conditions, as they are the terms and conditions
of your hotel booking with Sty. TUNISIA HOTELS RESERVATIONS :
1. The contract :
The contract is between Sty. TUNISIA HOTELS RESERVATIONS acting as a travel agency category B. and the person
who is making the hotel booking and/or the person on whose behalf
the booking is made.
2. Responsibility :
Sty. TUNISIA HOTELS RESERVATIONS acts as a link between the person and/or
the company and the Hoteliers and the accommodation providers.
In case of overbookings and/or changes in the reservation for reasons
outside our controle, we will do our best to secure the rooms booked
at an alternative hotel of same category or superior.
3. The Web site :
We at Sty. TUNISIA HOTELS RESERVATIONS have made all efforts to provide
all information and descriptions we obtained from hotel managers
about the hotels at the time of preparing this Web site.
Please note that there can be occasions or circumstances, such as
bad weather or maintenance, where some facilities may not be available
or reduced at certain times of the year.
4. Hotel classifications :
the standard of hotels in Tunisia is good and hotels are classified
by the Tunisian Tourist Authority.
The star ratings cannot be compared with international classifications.
5. Vacation of rooms :
Rooms are available at 14H00 ( 2 pm) the day of arrival.
Rooms have to be vacated at 12H00 ( noon ) the day of departure,
otherwise day use fees will apply, please check with hotel front
desk for the charges.
6. Passports and visas :
Please make sure you hold a valid passport to enter Tunisia.
You are responsible to check if an entry visa is required to travel
to Tunisia, information can be required and obtained from the Tunisian
Embassy and/or Consulate.
7. Hotel rates :
All rates displayed in this web site are subject to changes, due
to exchange rates valid for the currency of Tunisia and/or due to
hotel decisions.
We will ensure to keep the featured rates updated in good time.
Rates displayed on our Web Site are valid at the moment you book a hotel. Once you disconnect from our Site, rates might be different.
8. Payment :
Full payment is required prior to the date of arrival to the hotel as per the following set scale, except:
01 to 7 days for last minute bookings.
14 days during the months of April/ May / June and for October to
end of March
60 days during the months of July/ August and September

If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel
the hotel booking.
9. Amended bookings :
All changes and/or amendments of a confirmed booking shall be made
by written fax or e-mail to Sty. TUNISIA HOTELS RESERVATIONS minimum
three days prior to the arrival date
An amendment fee of TND 50. Euros 30 or US$ 40 will apply for such changes.
for changes and/or amendments made within less than three days,
then full amount covering the confirmed period will be charged.
10. Cancellation :
All cancellations of a confirmed and pre-paid hotel booking shall be made by written fax or e-mail to Sty. TUNISIA HOTELS RESERVATIONS and will incur cancellation fees as per the following set scale of charges:
